There are three main reasons why you might not see alerts in your account, these are:
- Your account is new and Affluent hasn't had a chance to establish a baseline for your data yet. Keep an eye on the Alerts tab, you'll see alerts starting to appear over the next few days or week.
- You're not signed up to the Business or Enterprise tier. Alerts are not available on the free or start-up tiers. To upgrade go to the Subscriptions page of your account. Accounts can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
- You don't have any alerts! Either there isn't enough data in your account for it to trigger an alert or doesn't match any of Affluent's alerts.
